1 | Order Processing
• Orders placed before 12 p.m. IST, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
• Payment verification and age-confirmation (18+) are completed before we release your parcel to the courier.
2 | Shipping Zones & Timeframes
India – Metro Cities Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata: 2–4 business days
India – Non-Metro / Tier-2 & 3 All other serviceable pincodes: 3–7 business days
International We do not ship outside India at this time. Join our newsletter for future updates.
Delivery windows are estimates; festivals, extreme weather, or local lockdowns may add 1–2 days.
3 | Shipping Options & Rates
Standard Service
• Flat ₹79 for orders below ₹799
• Free on orders ₹799 and above
Express Service (Metro-Only)
• ₹149 per order, 1–2 business days
• Free upgrade on orders ₹2,499 and above
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available for up to ₹5,000 order value with a ₹50 handling fee. COD packages require exact change; couriers cannot exchange large notes.
4 | Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is non-negotiable.
• Plain kraft box or poly-bag, tamper-evident seal, no product names or brand graphics.
• Shipping label displays sender as “NPL Logistics, Bengaluru” with no reference to sexual wellness.
• Invoices inside the parcel, never pasted outside.
5 | Tracking & Notifications
• You’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link once your parcel is scanned by our courier partner (Delhivery, Shiprocket, or Bluedart).
• Real-time updates include “Out for Delivery” and a delivery-confirmation OTP when applicable.
• Missed your courier? Two additional attempts are made before the parcel returns to our warehouse.
6 | Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
• Need to adjust an address? Email help@nudoura.com with your order ID within one hour of placing the order. After that, changes are not guaranteed.
• If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal, the shipment is returned to Nudoura. We’ll contact you to reship (extra freight may apply) or issue a refund minus round-trip shipping charges.
7 | Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Refuse delivery if outer packaging is visibly damaged or the seal is broken.
• Snap a photo of the box (all sides) and email us within 24 hours.
• We’ll priority-ship a replacement or process a full refund once the damaged parcel reaches our quality team.
8 | Public-Holiday & Sale-Period Dispatch
During Diwali, New Year, or major sale events, dispatch may require an extra 24–48 hours. We publish live banner notices on checkout whenever this applies.
