1 | Eligibility Time-Frame

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of your delivery date to report any issue.
• Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.


2 | Returnable Situations

  1. Wrong item shipped – you received a SKU or flavour you did not order.

  2. Damaged or leaking on arrival – outer seal intact but product compromised inside.

  3. Manufacturing defect – broken pump, faulty seal strip, etc.

To keep every customer safe, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used—even once—cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it falls under “manufacturing defect.”


3 | Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used bottles, sachets, or sprays.
• Items returned without original packaging, seals, and accessories.
• Digital products (e-books, playlists, webinars) once the access link has been sent.
• Free samples and promotional gifts.


4 | How to File a Return

  1. Email help@nudoura.com within 7 days.
    Subject line: “Return – Order #12345 – [Reason]”

  2. Attach:
    • Clear photos of the outer carton, inner product, and shipping label.
    • Short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will approve or deny the request within one business day and send you a prepaid pick-up label if it qualifies.

  4. Pack the item securely; include the original invoice inside.

  5. Hand the parcel to our courier within 3 days of label receipt. Unscheduled pickups expire after 72 hours.


5 | Inspection & Decision

• Returns reach our QC lab in Bengaluru within 4–7 days.
• Once inspected, you’ll receive an email with the outcome:
Approved → Exchange or refund initiated.
Rejected → Item shipped back to you; shipping cost may apply.


6 | Refund Methods & Timing

*Times are counted from the approval date, not from the day you hand over the return.


7 | Exchange Option

If stock is available, we’ll dispatch a fresh unit within 24 hours of approval. You’ll get tracking just like a new order.


8 | Late or Missing Refunds

If the stated window has passed and funds haven’t appeared:

  1. Re-check your payment statement (refunds sometimes post as adjustments).

  2. Contact your bank or card provider.

  3. Still stuck? Email us with your refund reference ID; we’ll escalate.


9 | Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 1 hour of checkout from your account dashboard.
• Orders handed to the courier cannot be cancelled; the standard return process will apply.
